If an item is free shipping, you can find “Free Shipping” printed under its SKU number. We will deliver it to you at no charge. (Using Ground Shipping or Standard Curbside-Drop-Off)

Ground Shipping

Items less than 150lbs are usually shipped by FedEx or UPS Ground Shipping or Metro Truck delivery. It usually takes 4 working days for you to receive the furniture after we ship out.
Standard Curbside Delivery

Items more than 150lbs, or too bulky for Package Ground Shipping are shipped by Truck Freight Companies (Custom/ Roadrunner/ Home Direct USA, ect.), which is called LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload Freight). We offer Standard Curbside-Drop-Off shipping option which is prepaid when placing the order. It usually takes 4-6 working days after we ship out. Always remember, larger items take longer time for delivery.
Note:
Using LTL Freight for shipment, when your order has arrived to the freight terminal closest to your shipping address, a freight agent will call you with the phone number you provide at the payment to arrange curbside delivery. Please be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
With curbside delivery, a driver will assist you in unloading. The pre-paid shipping fee is for Curbside Drop-off only. If you request for Lift Gate service or Inside Delivery, you will be invoiced separately for that specific service. SisterFurinture.com will not pay for lift gate or inside delivery charges. Also note that curbside delivery is for unloading at the curb. A semi-truck will unload at the curb by your driveway. If you have a very long driveway, the driver will not pull all the way to your home..
Our products are well-packaged, and we strengthen the packages to bring down the damage risk. So Before You Sign the Delivery Receipt, make sure the product is well packed.
Local Pickup:

Our warehouse located in El Monte CA 91731. For customers who want to arrange the delivery by themselves, they can choose the Local Pickup option for shipping, and pick up from our warehouse when the item is ready.

Local Pickup charges no shipping cost.

Payment and Warranty:
Tax: We do not charge sales tax, EXCEPT merchandise shipped to California addresses.

New Product Warranty:
All of our products carry a New Product Warranty that promises an item is new and in original condition upon arrival. This warranty covers against defects unrelated to shipping/handling damage. We can provide replacements or parts if a defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item.
If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within 30 days of the ship-out date, and we will provide replacement parts for you, free of charge.
Please note that new parts do not carry a new warranty, they are considered extensions of the original item warranty and are subject to the same time constraints regarding notification and fulfillment.
Due to processing, warranty fulfillment may take many weeks to complete.
After sale service: If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us and send us pictures of damaged parts. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible.
